1961 wurde die Firma durch Walter Geiger in Engen, Breitestr. 10 gegründet, mit dem Ziel Problemlöser für das Malerhandwerk anzubieten. Als erstes Produkt wurde SE-1 Anlauger auf den Markt gebracht.
Um eine optimale Oberfläche für einen Neuanstrich zu gewinnen, mußte man dieselben aufrauhen. Dies geschah mit Salmiakgeist oder Schleifpapier. Der Einsatz von SE-1 Anlauger war einfach und problemlos und ersetzte lange Arbeitszeiten. Deshalb wurde das Produkt von Handel und Handwerk begeistert aufgenommen.
Durch konsequente Forschung und Entwicklungsarbeit wurde das Angebotsprogramm kontinuierlich erweitert. Es entstanden eine vielzahl von Spezialprodukten, die hervorragend unter anderem zur Altbaurenovierung und Untergrund-Vorbehandlung und - Sanierung eingesetzt werden.
1963 Aufbau der Auslandsgeschäfte, so dass heute unsere Produkte europaweit vertrieben werden.
1967 Erweiterung der Produktionsanlagen am alten Standort Breitestaße 10.
1985 Änderung der Rechtsform in eine GmbH und Aufnahme eines weiteren Geschäftsführers Dipl. Kfm Jürgen Geiger, Sohn des Firmengründers.
1987 übernahme der Kulanwerke Ulm, welche Spezialreinigungsmittel herstellt, zur Komplettierung unseres Verkaufsprogrammes.
1990 Bau einer neuen modernen Produktionsstätte, Hochregallager und Bürogebäude in der Jahnstraße 46 in Engen.

About us:
1961 Walter Geiger established the company at Engen, Breitestrasse 10, with the objective to offer problem-solving products for the painters’ trade. The first product launched was SE-1 Waste Lye.
In order to gain the optimum surface for recoating it had to be roughened. It was done by means of ammonia solution or abrasive paper. In turn, the use of SE-1 Waste Lye was easy and smooth and reduced working times considerably. And so the product was enthusiastically accepted by trade and craft.
Based on consistent research and development the product range has been extended continuously. A variety of special-purpose products have been designed, among other purposes excellently suited for refurbishing old buildings and pre-treating and recovering surfaces.
1963 Export trade was installed so that today our products are sold all over Europe.
1967 Extension of production plants at the original location Breitestasse 10.
1985 Form of business organisation was changed in GmbH and another managing director appointed, certified merchant Jürgen Geiger, son of the company founder.
1987 Takeover of Kulanwerke Ulm, who manufacture special-purpose cleaning agents, to round off our sales range.
1990 A new state-of-the-art production facility, high-bay storage facilities and an office building was errected in Jahnstrasse 46 at Engen.

Qui sommes – nous ?
En 1961, Walter Geiger à Engen, Breitestr. 10, décida de fonder une entreprise dont le but était d’offrir des solutions aux problèmes de maçonnerie. Le premier produit lancé sur le marché fut la lessive d’apprêt SE-1.
Pour obtenir une surface adaptée à une nouvelle couche de peinture, on devait la rendre rugueuse, soit en utilisant de l’ammoniaque liquide ou du papier-émeri. L’utilisation de la lessive d’apprêt SE-1 était facile et sans problèmes et remplaçait un long travail.
Elle fut acceptée avec enthousiasme autant par les artisans que les commerciaux.
La palette de produits s’est continuellement élargie par une recherche et un travail de développement conséquents. Un grand nombre de produits spécialisés, pouvaient être utilisés, entre autres, pour la rénovation d’anciens bâtiments, la préparation et l’assainissement des fonds.
En 1963, mise en place du marché à l’étranger et, aujourd’hui, des produits vendus dans toute l’Europe.
En 1967, agrandissement des installations de production sur le lieu d’origine, Breitestr. 10.
En 1985, changement de forme juridique en une S.A.R.L. et embauche d’un directeur d’entreprise, M. Jürgen Geiger, fils du fondateur.
En 1987, reprise des ateliers Kulan – producteurs de produits de nettoyage spécialisé – pour compléter notre programme de vente.
En 1990, construction d’une halle de production moderne, un dépôt à hautes étagères et des bureaux à Jahnstr. 46 à Engen.

La nostra azienda
Fondata nel 1961 da Walter Geiger a Engen, Breitestraße 10, l’azienda offre soluzioni alle problematiche di pittori e imbianchini. Il primo prodotto lanciato sul mercato fu la liscivia Anlauger SE-1.
Un tempo, per ottenere una superficie ottimale da dipingere a nuovo, la si doveva irruvidire per mezzo di ammoniaca liquida o carta abrasiva. Grazie all’impiego dell’Anlauger SE-1, semplice e impeccabile, si ridussero i tempi d’opera e il prodotto fu accolto con entusiasmo nel settore del commercio e dell’artigianato.
Un lavoro coerente di ricerca e sviluppo consentì di ampliare costantemente la gamma dei prodotti proposti. Nacquero così numerosi prodotti speciali impiegati con successo anche nella ristrutturazione di vecchi edifici nonché nel pretrattamento e nel risanamento di superfici.
1963 potenziamento delle vendite all’estero: oggi i nostri prodotti sono distribuiti in tutta Europa.
1967 ampliamento degli impianti produttivi presso il vecchio stabilimento di Breitestraße 10.
1985 variazione della forma giuridica in una società a responsabilità limitata (GmbH) e assunzione di un ulteriore amministratore, Dipl. Kfm Jürgen Geiger, figlio del fondatore della società.
1987 rilevamento della società Kulanwerke di Ulm, produttrice di detergenti speciali, a completamento del nostro programma di vendita.
1990 costruzione di un nuovo stabilimento produttivo moderno, un magazzino a scaffalature verticali e un palazzo uffici a Engen, Jahnstraße 46.
